REFUND POLICY
1. Overview At Global A To Z, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Spray Brush, we are here to help.
2. Returns Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, please inspect your product immediately upon delivery. If you find the product damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within [3-7] days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
3. Refunds/Exchanges Since we operate on a 'Cash on Delivery' (COD) basis, we do not provide direct cash refunds. Our top priority is customer satisfaction, so we make every effort to ensure you receive the highest quality products. However, if your return request is approved, we will provide you with a replacement for the item, or we will issue a discount voucher (store credit) that you can use for any future purchase on our store.
4. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
